Terms of service.
Plain terms for using Creator-OS.Site to run your creator business. Last updated September 2026.
01
1. Agreement
By creating an account or using Creator-OS.Site you agree to these terms. If you use Creator-OS.Site on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.
02
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
03
3. Payments and payouts
Purchases, subscriptions, refunds and payouts are processed by our third-party payment processor under its own terms. Creators are responsible for the products, memberships and refund decisions they offer. A refund request sent through Creator-OS.Site asks the creator to review it and does not itself issue funds.
04
4. Your content
Creators retain ownership of the products, posts and media they publish and grant us the limited licence needed to host, display and privately deliver that content. Buyers receive only the access or licence stated by the creator; purchasing does not transfer copyright or permit redistribution.
05
5. Digital delivery and buyer support
After a completed purchase, eligible files and access appear in the buyer's account and the creator page. Buyers may report delivery issues or request a refund from the creator. Access may be suspended for chargebacks, fraud, unlawful sharing or attempts to bypass access controls.
06
6. Acceptable use
No illegal content, fraud, harassment, malware, scraping of other creators' data, or attempts to circumvent access controls. We may suspend accounts that violate this section.
07
7. Availability
We work to keep the service available but provide it on an “as is” basis without warranty of uninterrupted operation.
08
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
09
9. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the product. Continued use after an update means acceptance.
