Account details you provide (with credentials handled by our authentication provider), creator content, membership records, purchase and delivery records, and support or refund requests you submit.

We never see or store full card numbers or bank details. Payment data is handled entirely by our PCI-compliant payment processors.

To run creator pages and shops, show creator customer and member records, send broadcasts, record completed orders, privately deliver purchased files, verify access rights, and route buyer support requests to the relevant creator.

We share data with infrastructure providers required to run the product (hosting, database, authentication) and with our payment processor. We do not sell personal data.

Creator content is retained while the account is active. Purchase and support records may be retained as needed for delivery, fraud prevention, accounting, disputes and legal obligations. Account deletion removes eligible profile records.

You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@creator-os.site.
